What does vailble cost?
The app is free. On a sale we keep 20 % of the net amount and 80 % goes to you. There are no monthly costs and no base fee – we only earn when you sell.
When and how do I receive my payouts?
All payments run securely through Stripe Connect. As soon as your earnings are released they appear as available balance. You can transfer them to your bank account at any time with one click.
What is the difference between Moments and Insights?
Moments stay permanently on your profile and can carry product tags. Insights work like stories and disappear automatically after 12 hours.
What can I sell?
Any digital file you hold the rights to: 3D printing models, workout plans, recipes, journals, unlabelled music, beats and sample packs, books and e-books, presets, graphics or templates.
How large can my file be?
Direct uploads are possible up to 25 MB. For larger content simply add a secure external download link.
Can I also offer free products?
Yes. You set the price yourself – free products are possible and work well to win new followers and draw attention to your work.
How do I become a creator?
Register in the app, set up your profile and upload your first product. For payouts you connect your account once via Stripe Connect – after that you receive your verification badge.
Where do I find files I have bought?
Purchased products land permanently in your library and are ready to download right away – available again at any time.
How do buyers find my products?
Your products appear in the categories Audio, Business, Creative, Education, Fitness, Health and Lifestyle. An AI search function additionally helps discover matching content.
What is a Paid Chat and how do I earn money with it?
With Paid Chats you offer exclusive 1:1 access to your knowledge. You set a fixed price for your chat room. The client describes their question up front, and you exchange text, voice notes, photos and documents.
When is a paid chat finished?
Only when both sides confirm: client and creator have to agree that the request is resolved and both are satisfied.
Are the payments secure?
Yes. All payments run encrypted through Stripe. Files are available to buyers immediately after payment, and in case of problems with paid chats both sides have a report and support function.
What am I not allowed to sell?
Only digital content you hold the rights to. Unlawful or infringing content is prohibited and can lead to the suspension of the account.
How does vacation mode work?
You switch your chat offline and receive no new requests. The condition is that you have answered all open requests beforehand.
How do I get a verification badge?
After your profile and Stripe account have been checked you receive the round badge. Well-known public figures receive an angular badge – the difference is visible at a glance.
Can I save products and posts?
Yes. Moments and products can be saved with one tap and reopened in your collection at any time.
When is the app released?
The app is in preparation. Sign up with your email for pre-registration – then you will be the first to know when it launches.
